Quality Work

I was at my mechanics this past week and I noticed this sign. It is exactly how I feel. I go to my mechanic, for his quality work, fair pricing, and congeniality. I have never checked his pricing against his competitors, nor will I. I will pay what ever he charges me, for I respect and trust his work and I know he will charge me appropriately. I hope you feel the same about me.


 My real estate packages are up and ready to go. I have received orders from some of you already, thanks.


I want to clarify and summarize a few things:


  • All of my photos are high quality and expertly edited. I do not believe in tiering the quality of my work. So, there is not a difference in the quality of my images based on which package you choose.


  • As of now, I am offering three packages:

Standard - This comes with10 images, a 2D floor plan (with total area calculations), and a Cubicasa Tour (an interactive floor plan).

Deluxe - This comes with 20 images, a 2D floor plan (with total area calculations), and a Cubicasa Tour (an interactive floor plan).

Deluxe Plus - This comes with 30 images, a 2D floor plan, a Cubicasa Tour (an interactive floor plan), and a 3D floor plan.


  • Individual Images may be purchased on every package for $10 each.


  • Delivery time on photos is 48 hours. But, it’s best not to be rushed; give yourself and me a few extra days to relax and review the photos. 


  • Delivery time on 2D floor plan is 24 hours. Delivery time on Cubicasa Tour is 24 hours after you choose the photos.


  • When ordering, please put address in notes.


  • BOOKING APPOINTMENT TIME - REACH OUT TO ME VIA TEXT FOR A CONFIRMED DATE AND TIME. The system allow you to choose a date and time, but a computer is not that smart - it might allow you to book a time that shows as available, but my appointment before might be 50 miles away.


  • After the shoot, you will receive a link with a gallery for the photos. You choose your photos and then checkout. After checkout will receive a link with your photos in high resolution. Lower resolutions come under separate link/email.


  • There is a glitch in the system. When you choose your final photos and checkout, there is a $1 charge for the number of photos that come with the package. Sorry, it’s the website not me.


  • Add-ons will be billed separately


  • Matterport Tours will be an add-on. Cost is $300 for the first 2,500 I need to know ahead of time if you would like to book one, as the shoot will take at least one hour longer.


  • Prices are subject to change, but I will honor the price at which you booked.
